I finished the semester like a week ago but a lot of lame shit happened in between. I had to travel to Albany to judge at a lame high school national debate tournament where I had dehydration. Vomiting, really super bad fever, couldn't eat my food, it was horrible. So one of the high school coaches had to drive me to the hospital after the tournament where I had to wait 5+ hours in pediatrics where the room was PACKED full of kids whose parents thought they had the swine flu. Why I couldn't be in the adult section? Because I wasn't 21.

But other than that I'm doing alright now. It's summer vacation and yet again I'm without a job. I'm trying to find something that is not either retail or food services. Something that of a pushing papers office job would be much preferable.

I also need a new video game to play. Suggestions?

It's called Ristorante Paradiso its really fun, jazzy and whimsical with the style Antique Bakery had in its' series. It sort of reminds me of Host Club but with middle-age men. I suggest checking it out when you have a chance.

On other geek business, I downloaded and watched the entire Re-Animator trilogy and I'm seriously in love with these movies. Though the inner-science nerd in me was nitpicking some details, it was still fun to watch nonetheless. Herbert West is the Chuck Norris of Science.

Facebook is becoming the new form of biopower, seriously, the fuck? It's not necessary to constantly update that I am taking a quiz or wishing someone a happy birthday or adding some obscure comment on a photo album. Stop selling out to stupid companies, Facebook and keep your shit simple.

On other shit-- I did my NCAA bracket. I put Pitt taking the whole thing. I'm not so knowledgeable on basketball so don't crucify me. Getting a feel for how good these teams are.

Aaand halfway done with midterms then traveling to Pocatello, Idaho this weekend for my last debate tournament of the season. Thank. God.
